2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Individuals with existing health conditions are advised to consult a physician before participating in any fitness program. By using our services, you confirm that you are participating at your own risk.
3. Services Provided
PT Evelina offers the following packages:
- Simple Nutrition Blueprint: A nutrition program with no feedback.
- Build & Go: Personalized Workout Plan: A workout plan with no feedback.
- Thrive and Transform: Customized Fitness and Nutrition Program: Includes bi-weekly feedback.
- Transform Elite: Ultimate Fitness and Nutrition Plan: Includes weekly feedback.
Your program or nutrition plan will be delivered within 7 days of payment. Feedback is provided on weekends only.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed through PayPal as one-time transactions.
- Full payment is required upfront to access our services.
5. Refund Policy
We maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and protect the value of our customized services:
- No Refunds for Delivered Services:
Refunds are not available once services have been provided or delivered. This is because:- Each program or plan is fully customized to your personal needs, requiring significant time and expertise.
- Once delivered, the intellectual property, knowledge, and resources provided cannot be returned or reused.
- Exceptional Circumstances:
- Refunds may only be considered if services were not delivered within the agreed time frame (7 days after payment) or if there was a technical error preventing access to your plan. Such cases will be reviewed individually at our discretion.
- Digital Nature of Services:
- As all plans, feedback, and programs are delivered digitally, there is no physical product to return, making refunds impractical after delivery.
6. Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling consultations or feedback sessions requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Medical Disclaimer
- Participation in our fitness programs is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
- We are not liable for injuries or health issues arising from participation in our programs.
- Clients with pre-existing health conditions should consult a healthcare provider before starting.

All materials, including workout and nutrition plans, are the intellectual property of PT Evelina. Reproduction, sharing, or redistribution of any content is strictly prohibited without prior permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
